The University of Oxford is considered to be the first English-language university in the world and has evidence that it was created before 1096. It is considered one of the most important universities in the world and a huge list with great names passed among them 20 Olympic medalists , 27 Nobel Prize winners, 26 Prime Ministers and several Heads of State, such as Bill Clinton and Aung San Suu Kyi.

Subdivisions

The University of Oxford is made up of more than 30 colleges spread throughout the city. Each college has its specific courses with separate administration and policies of different visits and admissions, some are paid, others are free.
